The Role
The Manager is responsible for developing managing complex and challenging projects for our clients, ensuring that we deliver the results required by the clients whilst achieving our revenue and profitability targets. The Manager is also responsible for developing additional business opportunities with existing clients.
The Manager manages senior client stakeholder relationships and ensures that the 4C consultants perform as an integrated team, exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional results. Our projects typically involve the proactive identification and delivery of major cost reductions and performance improvements: achieving such transformational change requires the highest levels of change management skill, including challenging, inspiring and leading both the consulting team and client executives and staff.

Successful candidates will have consistently demonstrated excellence in their careers to date. They will possess outstanding leadership, teamworking and stakeholder management skills. In particular, they will be able to demonstrate the ability to articulate complex, innovative ideas in a persuasive manner to both internal colleagues and external clients. They will also possess excellent analytical skills, and have the capacity to manage the delivery of outstanding consulting work to tight deadlines.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience in one of the following areas:
Either
- Previous consulting experience in a top-tier consulting firm,
or
- Management experience in a blue chip organisation encompassing a role in either procurement, performance improvement and/or cost reduction with significant evidence of leading one or more major change projects and delivering exceptional results
Candidates must have a minimum of a 2.1 degree from a top UK or international University. Preference will be given to candidates with additional professional qualifications (e.g. MBA, ACCA, MCIPS)
Whilst typically based in the UK, the role will require significant business travel and candidates may be required to work internationally in order to support the needs of our multinational clients.
