Senior Procurement Specialist: FM - West London
Requirement
Due to a significant growth in demand for our expertise, 4C is looking to recruit an experienced Procurement Specialist in Facility Management to complement an existing outsource team based West London. The candidate should also demonstrate an excellence in solving complex analytical problems, an ability to articulate results in a concise manner and leadership capabilities to complement an existing consulting team based in Hammersmith.

The Role
This operational role forms part of a dynamic and growing indirect purchasing team. The individual is responsible for all aspects of the sourcing strategy and procurement process. This role is a mixture of hands on procurement and consultancy. The individual will provide the contractual interface for internal stakeholders and suppliers. The types of contracts will vary, but a specific category focus will be deployed to improve customer interfaces.
The role will be primarily based in west London with some UK and limited Northern European travel required.
Reporting
The role will report to the 4C Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities include:
- Managing / coordinating delivery of multiple medium or large project teams to deliver sourcing projects within a client / category area
- Responsible for delivering savings targets and other project / category targets (depending on engagement), in some cases including developing or improving processes
- Meeting with clients and stakeholders to build project requirements, in some cases leading to identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing clients
- Interpreting results and formulating strategies based on modelling and analysis
- Supporting other 4C teams in sharing best practise and technical / market know-how

Ideal candidates would have experience in one of the following areas:
- 3+ years strategic sourcing experience in a top-tier consulting firm or
- 3+ years blue chip procurement experience
- Managing and delivering significant portion of procurement projects
- Working within delivery focused client environment
