Due to a significant growth in demand for our expertise, we are looking for a number of consultants to work with us at 'Analyst' level.

The Role

The Analyst takes responsibility for researching, structuring and solving complex analytical problems, often using the advanced capabilities of MS Excel, MS Access and other software packages to assist their analysis. The role may involve the proactive identification of opportunities for cost reduction and performance improvement across projects. These may be in terms of direct or indirect cost savings, through improved supplier service delivery, to developing and implementing improved processes and approaches as part of new best-practice procurement solutions.

Successful candidates will have consistently demonstrated excellence in their careers and education to date. They will possess outstanding team-working ability and excellent analytical skills with the ability to assimilate large amounts of data. They will be able to articulate results and ideas in a concise manner to both internal colleagues and external clients. They will have the capacity to deliver outstanding consulting work while being focussed on more than one project at a time.

We require a strong academic background, including a good degree from a top UK or international University. Candidates with a small amount of experience in a top-tier consulting or leading blue-chip firm may also join at this level. The ideal candidate will have strategic sourcing experience and a demonstrated ability to think and act strategically.

The job may require a certain amount of travel.
