Johan Denekamp

Group CEO

Johan is an executive member of the board of 4C Associates and was appointed CEO of the Group in April 2008 following 2 years as CEO of the 4C Consulting team. Prior to joining 4C in 2004, Johan was the European Chief Operating Officer of Omnicom's media company in Europe - OMD. Preceding his 12 years working in advertising, he trained with Price Waterhouse and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1982. Johan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.

Edward Ainsworth

Co-Founder & Director

Ed is one of the two joint founders of 4C Associates. He is responsible for business development and overseeing strategic projects across the Group. Prior to 4C's foundation, Ed was a partner in the Mercer Digital group of Mercer Management Consulting.

Peter Marson

Co-Founder & Alternate Director

Peter is one of the two joint founders of 4C Associates. He is responsible for business development and overseeing strategic projects across the Group. Prior to 4C's foundation Peter was a partner in the  Strategic Capabilities Group of Mercer Management Consulting.

Yasar Khan

Chief Financial Officer

Yasar is Chief Financial Officer of 4C Associates and is responsible for a 20 strong Group finance team. Prior to joining 4C, he held a number of positions at Celerant Consulting finishing as VP Special Projects. He has also held senior positions at PepsiCo and Deloitte & Touche. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994

Paul Reynolds

Managing Director 4CX

Paul is the Managing Director of 4CX and leads the 4CX management team with responsibility for overseeing the day to day running of the 4CX business. Prior to joining 4CX he held a number of senior supply chain and logistics positions in companies such as Office Depot, Asda and Sainsbury’s.

Andrew Loken

Managing Partner 4CO

Andrew has over 13 years sourcing experience. He has led procurement teams through major projects to deliver and lock-in substantial savings in a broad range of categories.

Andrew leads 4C's Outsourced Procurement Division. He focuses on implementing and then directing large-scale procurement outsource agreements. He has led the development of 4C's innovative processes and systems that are used by the Outsource team.

Daniel Lieghio

Managing Partner 4CC

Dan has been with 4C since 2002, and was previously an Engagement Manager with strategy consultants Mitchell Madison Group in London. Dan is responsible for helping global companies to achieve best practice in all aspects of procurement. He has led 4C and client teams on a full range of consultancy work, from developing procurement strategy through to delivering major cost savings and change programmes. The procurement press call upon Dan regularly to speak and write on a wide range of procurement topics.

Dr John Viney

Non-Executive Chairman

John Viney is Chairman of the 4C Associates board. John spent his early career with Philips, then in general consultancy and subsequently executive search. He has been in top-level executive search for 25 years. For 17 years he was the European Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles responsible for the Board Practice and in 2002, he set up The Zygos Partnership with two other Founding Partners.

Jon Bumstead

Non-Executive Director

Jon was appointed Non-Executive Director of 4C Associates in 2005. In his capacity as Group Strategy Director at global supply chain management company, DHL, (formerly Exel) Jon was key in the development of the partnership between DHL and 4C Associates as well as Exel/DHL's decision to invest in 4C. Jon is a leader in the field of Supply Chain management.

Nicholas Smith

Non-Executive Director

Nic is a non-executive member of the 4C Associates board. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and has other non-executive directorships including AIM-listed Asian Citrus Holdings Ltd. and Plus Markets Group Plc and 4C.

Nic has held a number of senior investment banking roles. He was Director of Origination at Flemings in London and prior to that, Group Finance Director and Co-head of Investment Banking of the Jardine Fleming Group in Hong Kong.

Graham Inglis

Non-Executive Director

Graham is a Non-Executive member of the 4C Associates board. He joined Exel Logistics in 1995, holding a number of senior positions at Exel prior to the merger with DHL. He is now Chief Executive Officer of DHL Exel Supply Chain, UK, Middle East & Africa.
