Logistics management

A significant part of the 4CX service offering is being able to provide global logistics management for our clients. It demands detailed knowledge and expertise to maximise both the efficiency and the value delivered throughout every stage of this complex process. In addition to having our own dedicated team we are able to draw on the vast resources of DHL, the world's leading logistics organisation, to bring our clients substantial benefits.

We divide the logistics management piece into three core components as laid out in the diagram below. Our clients can choose whether we manage one or a combination of these, either providing clients with a fully-integrated solution with one single point of contact or alternatively, part-solutions to fit into an existing customer network.

Whether clients choose for us to manage the entire solution or part of it, our fully customisable web-based Pro4C technology can be integrated with existing logistics management systems. This provides full visibility of all the elements of the logistics process (and what's happened before and what happens after) and the progress of specific projects at any one time via one central, web-based format.
