Inventory management & ownership: Independently of our partner relationships we have the ability to manage single country or multi country supply chains that encompass inventory management and ownership programmes direct from client factory, local country suppliers and far east suppliers.

These programmes allow 4CX to buy and manage product direct from client factories and complete the supply chain process, including financing, co packing and assembly, culminating in final delivery to the end customer.

This process can be optimized to work in either a single country or multi country model.
