Consultants should have first class analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management skills and ideally previous experience in a procurement, supply chain or performance improvement role.

Managers at 4C are responsible for leading a diverse range of complex and challenging client engagements in procurement and transformation. Projects typically involve the proactive identification and delivery of major cost reductions and performance improvements for our clients. We look for highly skilled procurement professionals to fulfil these positions.
Analysts’ Centre of Expertise (ACE)
ACE is a community which provides a platform for a structured induction process for junior and senior analysts.
To help develop relevant skills and knowledge, you will:
- Join a multi-client facing team delivering service to internal and external clients.
- Participate in a tailored training programme.
- Work alongside other analyst colleagues.
- Expand your client facing time as your experience grows.
- Learn to use multiple technologies for analytics, sourcing and insight.
- Develop your specialist skills to deliver value to clients.
- Be supported by the team within the “buddy” and coaching frameworks.
- Get to decide whether to become an expert in one of our Service Offerings or one of our Sectors e.g. Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, Retail or Other

“Starting a new job amidst a pandemic has been a unique and challenging experience, especially not being able to meet my colleagues in the first few months. However, after joining the Analyst Centre of Expertise (ACE) and getting to know my peers, I felt part of a community right from the beginning. Weekly team meetings, coaching, knowledge share sessions, and training are just some of the benefits of the ACE team and ways for the analyst community to connect.
While client work has encouraged the development in my technical skills and commercial awareness, the ACE team provides an opportunity to better understand the world of procurement & supply chain consulting, and 4C as a business. Being part of the analysts’ team allows me to work on different tasks for projects other than my own, providing support to internal business development and client delivery within 4C. I’m passionate about working to make complexity simple for clients! No matter what the project is that I’m running, the goal is always to leave the client with an easier life than before they brought us in; be that through a cost base that’s easier to manage, or a procurement team that is set up for success with the right tools, processes & policies in place
