4C has continued its rapid expansion by opening a new office in Warsaw to provide low cost sourcing services to global clients as well as local account management for 4C’s Polish customers.
This comes only weeks after the announcement of their Shanghai office expansion and further confirms the company’s commitment to offering global procurement solutions.
The addition of Warsaw to the list of office locations is a key move for the company. It is of particular importance for the 4CX division, a partnership with DHL that provides end-to-end sourcing and logistics solutions for categories such as marketing materials and workwear.
“Poland is integral to our service offering. One of our core activities is low cost sourcing and a presence in Eastern Europe is critical, building on our existing presence in Asia. To offer a truly global managed service we need people on the ground in key locations such as Poland” said Peter Marson, co-founder of 4C and CEO of 4CX.
4CX already sources large volumes of materials from Eastern Europe, notably print and packaging materials. The establishment of this permanent base will provide the hub for managing 4C’s Eastern European sourcing and suppliers. The new location helps the company to meet their European customers’ needs for shorter lead times than can be achieved from Asia.
