Another great win for the 4C Outsourced Procurement Services team who have recently been appointed to provide O2 with an outsourced procurement service for their indirect spend.
4C Associates, a leading procurement solutions company, has been appointed to provide O2 with an outsourced procurement service for their indirect spend.
The contract, awarded to 4C’s Outsourced Procurement Services team, forms part of O2’s reorganisation to build a customer focused category based procurement team, drive efficiency and improve collective benefits.
4C’s team, partly based on-site in O2’s offices, and partly based in 4C’s offices, will initially be responsible for managing over £230m of O2’s indirect spend in HR services, Property, Facilities Management and Professional services.
“This is another fantastic win for 4C, and helps to bring our outsourced client spend under management to over £1.5bn of indirects. This scale now allows us to provide our clients greater flexibility of resource and category expertise, ability to generate quick wins from cross client deals, and for O2 to access economies of scale with other client teams” said Johan Denekamp, Group CEO at 4C Associates.
Under the agreement with O2 the 4C outsourced team will provide a range of services, which include strategic sourcing, category management, spend analysis and compliance reporting, a Purchase-2-Pay helpdesk and compliance monitoring capability.
