Jumbo Supermarkets is the second-largest food retailer in the Netherlands and Belgium.
With almost 740 stores in the Netherlands, a market share of about 22%, and a webshop, they are the second-largest food retailer in the Netherlands and are growing fast in Belgium.

Jumbo wanted to accelerate its digital transformation while maintaining its strong focus on customer experience and operational efficiency. They engaged 4C to provide expert programme management and functional support to implement multiple interconnected initiatives, from in-store innovation to enterprise-wide system transformation, without disrupting day-to-day operations.
