A leading UK infrastructure organisation engaged 4C to assess the balance between in-house delivery and external suppliers.
The goal was to understand where efficiencies could be achieved and how more collaborative supplier relationships might deliver improved commercial outcomes across regional and national operations.

The infrastructure organisation faced uncertainty over the optimal mix of in-house versus outsourced delivery and limited internal capacity to manage such a complex assessment.
