The infrastructure organisation faced uncertainty over the optimal mix of in-house versus outsourced delivery and limited internal capacity to manage such a complex assessment. Challenges included inconsistent cost and spend data, fragmented reporting, and the need to identify where closer supplier collaboration could enhance commercial efficiency.
SOLUTION
